Want to help out?

We need lots of helpers to make these events possible. Sign up at the link if you can help out at the event.

Parents are not required to stay at the event (unless you're a signed-up helper), however adults must drop off and pick up children from designated areas. Children must be signed in and out.

  • Please be aware that this is a P&C event, run by volunteers. For this reason, we ask that you consider joining us at the disco if your child has additional needs. This will help us to work together in a supportive environment. If your child has sensory needs, please feel free to send them with some headphones to muffle the noise.

  • For safety and security reasons, we will have the students inside the new hall for the whole time of their session. There are toilets in the hall, and you are asked to send a water bottle with your children. You will need to sign your child in and out. All P&C members follow the working with children requirements for a voluntary organisation.

  • Please help us by reminding your child that, although this is a P&C event, they are expected to behave as they would at school. If any child is behaving in a way that is not acceptable, parents will be called immediately. The child will be sent home and will not be able to attend any further P&C out-of-school-hours events (i.e. discos, movie nights, etc). We won’t tolerate bad behaviour spoiling these events for the rest of the kids.
